General Information
To ensure your package is delivered properly, please ensure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, building or apartment numbers, and street numbers help us to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We can also ship to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time. Processing time is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our office by the shipping carrier. Standard domestic orders may take up to an additional three business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. Shipping is Ground and processing/delivery time may take up to an additional seven business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
Shipping Rates and Timeline
