What is your processing time?
All orders require processing time before shipping. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping begins once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
We offer size exchanges on apparel only if the item is unworn, unused, and requested within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom items are final sale. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or credited.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. Many of our items are custom-made with intention and care. If you’re looking for something personalized, please reach out through our contact page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
All concerns must be submitted through our email or phone number listed on our contact page.
When contacting us, you must include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue so we can properly assist you.
If contacting by phone, you must leave a voicemail with your name, order number, and reason for your call. Calls without a voicemail will not be returned.
If we are not contacted within 48 hours of delivery, or if the required information is not provided, we are unable to review or resolve the issue.
